We catered for a wedding in Manchester and the bride and groom couldn’t have been happier with how be presented everything from table tops, to presentation of dishes they was truly stunned as were the guests. We had our hog roast and spit roast machines at the ready when the wedding service was over and everyone wanted to fill their bellies with our amazing meat. We had our pig roasting as they arrived at the tables we also had one roasting as well as a wide variety of meat. Guests recommend us and we have had the pleasure of meeting them again and providing them with another wonderful experience for them to cherish. They picked our glorious 3 course menu which received excellent reviews; they started off with canapés served as guests arrived the Peking duck wraps which was roasted duck in a honey and mustard glaze wrapped in Chinese pancakes with ginger went down a treat if that doesn’t take your fancy you get to pick 5 canapés there is a canapé for everyone. After the main course there’s no guessing what was ordered the most our prized dish spit Roasted pig served with apple sauce stuffing and crispy crackling there are also other scrumptious dishes to choose from to go with the hog roast.

Then to finish off the wonderful banquet there are some truly amazing deserts plus you get to choose two which the guests really enjoyed from cheesecake to chocolate torte to lemon tart and profiteroles. The day was a huge success and another great day in Manchester.
